When and how do I request an RMA/return request

When is it possible to request an RMA/return request and how does it work.

When is an RMA possible?

Because we are a B2B wholesaler, RMAs/return requests are only granted in exceptional cases. Please clearly justify the reason for your RMA request.
  • An RMA request can be submitted up to a maximum of 5 working days after delivery.
  • Upon receipt of an RMA request, the request will be reviewed.

How do I request an RMA?

To submit an RMA request, please complete the following form.
Make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Make sure the products are unused.
  • Check that the packaging is unopened.
  • No writing, additional stickers or markings are visible on the packaging.
After approval of the RMA, we organize that the goods will be picked up. The cost for this will be deducted from any credit note.
