Transport conditions
Pallet Delivery:
Dear customer,
To ensure smooth delivery of your goods, we adhere to the following delivery conditions.
Delivery Times:
- Your goods will be delivered between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Address and Reception:
- Delivery will take place at the address provided by you during the ordering process.
- An authorized representative must be present to sign for the delivery upon receipt.
Accessibility and Options:
- The unloading location must be accessible for trucks with dimensions up to 15 meters in length, 4.5 meters in height, and a maximum weight of 35 tons.
- If the location is inaccessible, we offer a smaller box truck at an additional charge of €185.00 per trip. Dimensions of a small box truck are 5 meters in length, 2.50 meters in height, and a maximum weight of 3500 KG.

Unloading Conditions:
- The truck is not equipped with unloading tools. The recipient must have a loading dock or arrange for a forklift or other means on-site.
- There is an option to order a loading/unloading ramp. Goods to be unloaded may weigh a maximum of 800 kg per pallet and/or have a maximum length of 2.40 meters. A surcharge of €150.00 will apply for this service.
- If we can unload with a loading/unloading ramp, the shipment will be unloaded at the first threshold of the door or entrance gate at ground level.
- Note: Pallet jacks are not suitable for gravel, thresholds, grass, or unpaved paths.
Communication and Deviations:
- You will receive an email with the expected arrival time before delivery.
- Any deviations from the above conditions may result in additional costs based on post-calculation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Parcel Delivery:
Standard (parcels) Rest of Europe:
The following conditions apply for parcel delivery at location:
- Orders with fewer than 5 packages can be shipped via Parcel Post. It is possible that they may be delivered at different times.
- The unloading location must be accessible for delivery vans.
- Delivery times are between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- The recipient must be present upon receipt of the goods. The carrier from ESTG will send an email with the expected ETA time the day before delivery. No rights can be derived from this expected ETA time.
If, unfortunately, these conditions cannot be met, additional charges may apply. In case of deviations, please feel free to contact our customer service.
