For technical queries or faults with Growatt products, service is provided through Growatt's official network. As of July 20, 2026, Growatt has discontinued its telephone hotline, meaning phone support is no longer available. All inquiries and requests for information are processed exclusively digitally through dedicated channels.

Recommended step-by-step plan for technical questions or problems

1. Perform a basic check

Before contacting customer support, a basic check is recommended:

  • Ensure that the product is correctly installed.
  • Check the power source and all cable connections.
  • Consult the Growatt Support Page for common issues and solutions.

2. Make use of digital support channels

If the issue remains unresolved, you can use the following options:

  • Growatt OSS Installer Portal (Recommended): The portal serves as the central hub for support requests, warranty claims, technical questions, and access to technical documentation such as manuals, datasheets, and software/firmware updates.
  • Email contact: For technical support, you can send an email to service.nl@growatt.com. To ensure prompt processing, always include the following information:
    • Product serial number
    • Clear description of the issue or error message
    • Photos of the problem and the installation (if relevant)
  • Service for mobile callers: When calling the old phone number, an SMS containing a WhatsApp link and email contact details will automatically be sent to you.

3. Processing time and escalation

  • Processing requests submitted via the OSS portal or email generally takes up to 5 business days.
  • Follow any further instructions provided by Growatt customer service.
  • No response received? If you have not received a response from Growatt within 5 business days, ESTG can escalate the matter to the manufacturer on your behalf. In that case, please contact our customer service.
