Why is MultiSafePay emailing me about my ESTG order?

Why am I receiving an email from MultiSafePay? Did you choose a bank transfer? Then you will receive an email from MultiSafePay. This is our regular partner that processes all bank transfer payments for us securely and efficiently.

How does the payment work?
In the email from MultiSafePay, you will find the exact payment instructions. You transfer the amount to their IBAN account number: NL92 DEUT 0735 1144 39. Do not forget to add the stated reference; this allows us to link your payment directly to the correct order.

You have 3 working days to complete the payment.

Cancellation:
If we do not receive the payment within 5 days, our system will automatically cancel the order.

Processing:
After your transfer, it usually takes 2 to 3 working days before the payment is processed and we release your order for shipment.
