When can I expect my order during the holiday season?

Order Deadlines for Christmas

• Deliveries before Christmas: Orders must be placed by 13:00 on Thursday, 18 December at the latest.

• Shipments on 19 December: Will be dispatched but follow standard shipping times (arrival before Christmas is not guaranteed).

Modified Schedule (Week 52 & Week 1)

From Monday, 22 December 2025, to Monday, 6 January 2026, our logistics partners operate on an adjusted schedule. Please note the following:

• No guarantees: Standard shipping times cannot be guaranteed during this period.

• No dispatch days: No shipments will leave our warehouse on 24 December (Christmas Eve) and 31 December (New Year's Eve).

• Back to normal: Full operations and standard shipping times resume on Tuesday, 7 January 2026.

Office Closures

While our webshop remains open 24/7 for placing orders, our office and Customer Service will be closed on:

• 24, 25, and 26 December

• 1 January

To prevent unnecessary delays, please ensure the following:

• Payment: Ensure payment is completed promptly to secure your shipping date.

• Your Availability: Is your company or warehouse closed? Please inform your dedicated Customer Service contact immediately to prevent failed delivery attempts.

• Urgency: Do you absolutely require a delivery between 22 Dec and 6 Jan? Contact Customer Service in advance to discuss possibilities.
