My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear about this issue, and we’re eager to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service directly so we can help you with a suitable solution.

Follow the steps below to report the issue quickly and correctly:

  1. Fill out the ticket form on our website and select the category "Damage"

  2. You will automatically receive an email from us with a link to the damage report form. Please complete this form in full.

  3. Make sure to include all required information:

    • Clear photos of the damage and the packaging

    • A copy or photo of the Proof of Delivery showing the damage

    • Your order order information and contact details

Important:
We can only process your claim if the following conditions are met:

  • The damage report form is fully completed

  • The damage is noted on the legally valid Proof of Delivery

  • The report is submitted to us within 24 hours after delivery

  • The photos are clear and legible

We aim to assess your claim within 2 working days. Once we've reviewed the damage, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps.
