To track the status of your Growatt warranty claim, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Growatt Warranty Portal: https://en.growatt.com/support/warranty
  2. Log in with your Growatt account: If you do not have an account yet, you can create one for free on the website.
  3. Enter the serial number of your Growatt product: You can find the serial number on the label of your product.
  4. Click "Search": The status of your warranty claim will be displayed.

You can also find the following information on the portal:

  • The date your warranty claim was submitted
  • The reason for your warranty claim
  • The current status of your warranty claim
  • Any updates regarding your warranty claim
