Before you begin, make sure you have the following information ready:

Clear photos showing the issue and the serial numbers

Output diagram: a diagram showing performance and the reported issue

Serial numbers: a list of serial numbers of the defective products
1. Go to the Trina Portal
Start your warranty claim through the Trina Portal.
2. Enter general information
The first page of the claim process will ask for general details about the installation and the issue.
3. Add serial numbers
On the second page, enter the serial numbers of the defective products.
If you need to enter more than 5 serial numbers, use the “serial number list” template available on the same page.
4. Upload documents and photos
The final page allows you to upload supporting documents and photos that back up your claim, including the serial number list.
