      How can I claim warranty on my Sungrow product?

      Please follow these steps to submit a warranty claim for your Sungrow product:

      1. Create an installer account with Sungrow

      Visit the Sungrow website and register for an installer account.

      2. Log in to your installer account

      Log in to your account via the Sungrow website.


      3. Create a ticket

      Open a new ticket in your installer account. Make sure to provide all required information, such as:

      • Product serial number

      • Description of the issue

      • Photos clearly showing the issue and the serial number

      4. Sungrow will handle the issue

      Once your ticket is submitted, Sungrow will take care of the warranty claim and guide you through the resolution process.
