Step-by-step guide for warranty claims on Growatt products

1. Check the warranty Growatt products usually come with a standard 5-year warranty from the date of installation. Make sure you keep the original purchase invoice and installation documents, as you will need these for a warranty claim.

2. Contact Customer Service Send an email to Growatt at service.nl@growatt.com for technical support. Be sure to include the following information:
  • Product serial number
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Photos (if relevant)
3. Request an RMA If Growatt customer service determines that your product is defective and covered by the warranty, they will provide you with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This number is necessary for returning your product.
