How long does it take to process my payment?

The processing time of your payment depends on the payment method you choose. See the differences below:

Direct payment methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, Creditcard, or PayPal):
Do you choose one of these methods? Then we process your payment immediately. Once the transaction is completed, we release your order for shipment right away.

Bank transfer:
After you have placed the order, you will receive payment instructions via MultiSafePay. You have 3 working days to transfer the amount. Please note that it takes 2 to 3 working days after your transfer before we have processed the payment and ship the order.

Please note:
If we have not received the payment within 5 days, our system will automatically cancel the order.
