How do I change my account and company details?

Change company details and shipping address

The personal account environment allows for easy adjustment of key information. This ensures that orders and administration remain accurate.

Company details and addresses

The following items can be managed directly after logging into the account:

  • Company name: the official name of the organisation.

     

     

  • Email addresses: both the general email address and the address for invoicing.

     

     

  • Main address: the permanent location of the company.

     

     

  • Shipping addresses: update the default address or add additional locations for future orders.

     

Note: for an order already in the logistics process, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. Billing addresses cannot be adjusted manually; please contact our staff for assistance.

User data and additional accounts

Personal details such as name, email address, and password are managed under the user profile settings. To provide colleagues with access to the webshop, additional users can be added to the business account.

 It is not possible to change a VAT number. If a new VAT number is issued, a new account must be created.
