Please follow these steps if Growatt doesn’t respond to your warranty claim within 5 working days:

Send a reminder via email
Reach out to Growatt again by sending a follow-up email to service.nl@growatt.com. Clearly include the following information in your message:

  • The reference or ticket number of your original claim

  • Your company details and order information

  • A short explanation that you haven’t received a response yet

Include your original request
To speed up the process, it’s helpful to resend your original email along with any attachments (such as photos or documents).
