Return shipment status
Once you’ve registered your return, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email from us. We’ll also keep you updated via email about each step in the process, such as the receipt of your shipment and the progress of the handling.
Once we’ve physically received the return, we aim to assess and process it within 5 working days. You’ll receive a notification with the outcome, for example, a credit note or a replacement product.
