How do I confirm a bank transfer payment?

Select Bank transfer during checkout, then confirm the order in the payment window. You can leave the bank information fields blank and click Confirm in the bottom right. After that, you will receive a link with the payment details from MultiSafepay.

What should I expect after choosing bank transfer?

Once the bank transfer option is selected:

1. Choose Bank transfer as the payment method.
2. In the payment window, leave all bank information fields empty.
3. Click Confirm in the bottom right.
4. Watch for an email or payment link containing the bank transfer instructions from MultiSafepay.
5. Complete the transfer using the provided payment details.

Even for an instant transfer, validation can take around 2 business days.

When is my order processed?

Orders are processed once the payment has been received. If payment has already been made, no further action is needed and processing can begin.

What if I do not receive the payment link?

If you do not receive the payment link after placing the order, you can provide the order number so the payment information can be checked.

How long do I have to pay?

Payment should be completed within 3 days to avoid cancellation. After that period, the order expires and the items are released back into the webshop.
