Orders paid pre-paid via iDeal (NL), Bancontact (BE), Credit Card or Paypal:
For pre-paid orders, payment must be successfully completed before the order will be processed. Payment is made through the Adyen platform.
Orders with payment by bank transfer:
After placing your order you will receive an email from MultiSafePay with the bank details to complete your payment. Once you have transferred the amount your payment will be processed immediately. When we have received confirmation that your payment has been processed we will start working on your order.
