Please follow these steps to return your Wallbox product:

  1. Check the warranty
    Wallbox products come with a standard warranty period. Make sure to keep your original purchase invoice and installation documents, as you’ll need them for the return process.

  2. Use customer support
    Chatbot: Visit the Wallbox Support page and use the chatbot for direct assistance. The chatbot will guide you through the process and connect you with a customer service representative.
    Contact form: Use the contact form in the Wallbox App to submit your return request.

  3. Get in touch via the Wallbox App

    • Installers: If you’re an installer, you can access both the chatbot and phone support via the Wallbox App.

    • Partners (ESTG): Partners can use the chatbot, the partner portal and phone support.

    • Fast-charging customers and CPOs: For fast-charging customers and CPOs, the web form and phone support are available.

  4. Request an RMA
    Contact Wallbox Customer Service to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for your return.

  5. Return the product
    Follow the instructions provided by Wallbox to return your product. Make sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the shipping label.
