Please follow these step to submit a warranty claim for your Alfen product:
1. Use the Alfen Ticket System
Visit the Alfen Service Management Portal.

Create an account if you don’t already have one.

Log in and create a new ticket for the specific serial number of your Alfen product.
2. Provide the required information
Make sure you have the following details ready when creating your ticket:

Product serial number
-
Description of the issue
-
Photos clearly showing the issue and the serial number
3. Track your ticket
You can track the status of your ticket via the Alfen Service Management Portal.
4. Alfen handles the claim
Alfen will take over the ticket and handle the resolution of the issue.
Please note: ESTG no longer has access to manage the online tools for this serial number, but we’ll try to support you using the Alfen Knowledge Base.
5. Consult the Alfen Knowledge Base
For common error codes and other technical information, check the Alfen Knowledge Base.
