How can I claim warranty for my Growatt product?

If a technical defect occurs in one of your Growatt devices, the fastest way to a solution is a direct report via the Growatt Online Service System (OSS). Please follow these steps for efficient processing:

Step 1: Report via the Growatt OSS Portal

As a registered installer, you can open claims (RMA) directly in the portal. This significantly shortens the processing time:

1. Log in to oss.growatt.com with your installer credentials.

2. Click on "Service Hall" in the left navigation column.

3. Select the sub-item "Service Online".

4. Click the "+ Add" button at the top right to create a new ticket.

5. Enter the serial number (S/N) of the device and select the appropriate fault type.

6. Important: Under "Attachment", be sure to upload photos of the display (error code), the type plate, and the measurement (DC/AC voltage). The ticket cannot be processed without this evidence.

7. Click "Submit". You will then receive a ticket number (e.g., SO...).

Step 2: Alternative via the Growatt Support Page

If reporting via the OSS portal is not possible, please use the official contact form on the Growatt Support Page.

Note: Please ensure that you include all the details mentioned above, such as the serial number, error description, photos of the installation, and measurement values in your message to Growatt to avoid delays.

Step 3: Support from ESTG Support
